Our Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are intended to establish the legal framework that governs interactions between visitors or customers of our website and Atelier Louise. These terms are essential for defining the legal relationship between site visitors and us as the business owner. It is crucial to tailor the Terms and Conditions to the specific requirements and nature of our artisanal fashion online store.

Important inclusions in our T&C document
1. Due to the limited number of spaces available, all bookings are final, strictly non-refundable, and valid only for your chosen* date. Please check your schedule carefully before proceeding with payment. Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation and receipt. Please check your junk or promotional mail if you can't find it in your main inbox, and contact us if you haven't received it within 24 hours of completing your booking.
2. *We understand that things can happen, and if for any reason you are unable to attend your course, we will do our best to accommodate you on an alternative date, subject to availability and at our discretion, provided you notify us at least one week before your course start date. For any cancellation made less than one week before a course date, the terms in Article 3 apply.
3. All cancellations made within one week of a course start date will be handled as follows: your place will be released on the website. If someone else books it, the terms in Article 2 apply. If your place remains unsold, the following protocol will be implemented:
You will be placed on a waiting list for the next available course, or for another suitable date. You will only be offered a place if there is still space available a few hours before the course starts. You will have to wait until then and contact us to see if we have any places available for you on that date. If you are unable to secure a place on the next available course or a preferred date, you can join the waiting list for the next course, and so on. Please note that being added to a waiting list is not automatic. It is your responsibility to inform us of your preferred date and to act on it.
4. We reserve the right to terminate a course at any time. If you cancel a course scheduled for the originally booked date and it is subsequently cancelled, you can use the credit to transfer to another course, subject to availability and at our discretion.
5. You can also transfer the booking to another person under the same conditions.
6. Please note: It is your responsibility to contact us to inquire about availability and to reschedule. You must do this within six months of booking. Any alternative dates offered by us must be accepted within this period. You are no longer entitled to a reschedule after the six-month period has elapsed if: 1. there have been opportunities for you to attend on alternative dates and you have not accepted them; 2. if you have not kept in regular contact with us.

7. When booking a course for someone other than yourself, it is your responsibility to inform them of these terms and conditions and to give them sufficient notice of the booking.
8. We reserve the right to cancel a course with fewer than two bookings. Due to the unpredictable nature of bookings, we cannot provide more than 24 hours' notice, although we will inform you that the course may not run within 48 hours. It may also be necessary for us to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation on our part, you will have the option to either transfer to another date, obtain a credit voucher valid within one year of the cancellation date, transfer the course to someone else, exchange it to another course of equal or higher value (*you will have to pay the difference if the other course is more expensive), or receive a full refund. We are not liable for any travel or other expenses you may incur.
Refund Policy: We can only issue refunds using the same payment method used to make the booking. Payments will be credited back to the card or bank account used to make the booking. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot issue cash refunds for bookings made by card or bank transfer. We are not liable for any losses you incur as a result of exchanging foreign currency for bookings made from non-UK accounts.

Onze Algemene Voorwaarden (“Algemene Voorwaarden”) zijn bedoeld om het wettelijke kader vast te stellen dat de interacties tussen bezoekers of klanten van onze website en Atelier Louise regelt. Deze voorwaarden zijn essentieel voor het definiëren van de juridische relatie tussen sitebezoekers en ons als bedrijfseigenaar. Het is van cruciaal belang om de Algemene Voorwaarden af te stemmen op de specifieke vereisten en aard van onze ambachtelijke mode-onlinewinkel.
Belangrijke opnames in ons T&C-document

1. Vanwege het beperkte aantal beschikbare plaatsen zijn alle boekingen definitief, strikt niet-restitueerbaar en alleen geldig voor de door u gekozen *datum. Controleer uw planning zorgvuldig voordat u doorgaat met de betaling. Zodra uw boeking voltooid is, ontvangt u een bevestiging en ontvangstbewijs. Controleer uw junk- of promotiefolders als u deze niet in uw hoofdinbox kunt vinden en neem contact met ons op als u deze niet binnen 24 uur na het voltooien van uw boeking heeft ontvangen.
2. *We begrijpen dat er soms dingen kunnen gebeuren, en als u om welke reden dan ook uw cursus niet meer kunt bijwonen, zullen we ons best doen om u op een andere datum te ontvangen, afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid en naar eigen goeddunken, op voorwaarde dat u ons hiervan op de hoogte stelt dan een week vóór de startdatum van uw cursus. Voor elke annulering die minder dan een week vóór een cursusdatum wordt gedaan, zijn de voorwaarden in artikel 3 van toepassing.
3. Alle annuleringen die binnen een week na de startdatum van een cursus worden gedaan, worden als volgt behandeld: uw plaats wordt weer vrijgegeven op de website. Als iemand anders het boekt, zijn de voorwaarden in artikel 2 van toepassing. Als uw plaats onverkocht blijft, wordt het onderstaande protocol geïmplementeerd:
Je wordt op een wachtlijst geplaatst voor de eerstvolgende beschikbare cursus, of voor een andere geschikte datum. Je krijgt alleen een plek aangeboden als er een paar uur voor aanvang van de cursus nog plek is. U zult tot die tijd moeten wachten en contact met ons opnemen om te informeren of we op die datum nog plaatsen voor u vrij hebben. Als u er niet in slaagt een plaats te bemachtigen voor de volgende beschikbare cursus of een voorkeursdatum, kunt u zich op de wachtlijst plaatsen voor de volgende cursus, enzovoort. Houd er rekening mee dat het toevoegen aan een wachtlijst niet automatisch gebeurt. Het is uw verantwoordelijkheid om uw datumvoorkeur aan ons door te geven en hier gevolg aan te geven.
4. Wij behouden ons het recht voor om op ieder moment een cursus te beëindigen. Als u een cursus annuleert die doorgaat op de oorspronkelijk geboekte datum en deze vervolgens wordt stopgezet, kunt u het tegoed gebruiken om naar een andere cursus over te stappen, afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid en naar ons goeddunken.
5. Onder dezelfde voorwaarden kunt u de boeking ook op een andere naam overdragen.
6. Let op: het is uw verantwoordelijkheid om contact met ons op te nemen om meer te weten te komen over de beschikbaarheid en om een nieuwe afspraak te maken. U moet dit binnen zes maanden na boeking doen. Eventuele door ons aangeboden alternatieve data dienen binnen deze termijn geaccepteerd te worden. U heeft geen recht meer op een nieuwe afspraak nadat de periode van zes maanden is verstreken als: 1. er mogelijkheden voor u zijn geweest om op alternatieve data aanwezig te zijn en u deze niet heeft geaccepteerd 2. als u niet regelmatig contact me

7. Wanneer u een cursus boekt voor iemand anders dan uzelf, is het uw verantwoordelijkheid om hem of haar op de hoogte te stellen van deze algemene voorwaarden en hem/haar voldoende op de hoogte te stellen van de boeking.
8. We behouden ons het recht voor om een cursus met minder dan twee boekingen te annuleren en vanwege de onvoorspelbare aard van boekingen kunnen we niet meer dan 24 uur van tevoren op de hoogte stellen, hoewel we u wel op de hoogte stellen dat de cursus mogelijk binnen 48 uur niet doorgaat. Het kan ook voorkomen dat wij door onvoorziene omstandigheden een cursus moeten annuleren. In het geval van een annulering van onze kant, krijgt u de mogelijkheid om ofwel over te stappen naar een andere datum, een tegoedvoucher te verkrijgen die binnen een jaar na de annuleringsdatum kan worden gebruikt, de cursus over te dragen naar de naam van iemand anders, te ruilen naar een andere cursus van dezelfde of hogere waarde (*u moet het verschil betalen als de andere cursus duurder is), of u krijgt volledige restitutie. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor eventuele reiskosten of andere kosten die u mogelijk maakt.
Restitutiebeleid: We kunnen alleen restituties verlenen via dezelfde betaalmethode die is gebruikt voor het maken van een boeking. Betalingen worden teruggestort op de kaart of bankrekening waarmee de boeking is gemaakt. LET OP: we kunnen geen contante terugbetalingen doen voor boekingen die via kaart of bankoverschrijving zijn gemaakt. Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor eventuele verliezen die u lijdt als gevolg van het wisselen van vreemde valuta voor boekingen gemaakt vanaf niet-Britse rekeningen.
